Ganja & Goygol

Ganja, the second-largest city in Azerbaijan, is a hub of history and culture with a relaxed vibe. It is the birthplace of the famous poet Nizami Ganjavi, whose mausoleum stands at the city entrance. The city center is adorned with red-brick buildings and the expansive Khan Baghi park.

A short drive into the mountains brings you to Lake Goygol, a stunning blue lake created by an earthquake in the 12th century, surrounded by dense forests. It's one of the most photogenic spots in the country.
