Bakı - Qəbələ - Quba

Depart from Baku and drive towards Shamakhi. Stop at the Diri Baba Mausoleum in Maraza village. Continue to Shamakhi to explore the historic Juma Mosque, restored in 2013.

Drive through the scenic Girdimanchay River Canyon to the ancient village of Lahij, dating back to the 5th century. Explore cobbled streets and visit traditional workshops where skilled artisans craft jewelry, copperware, carpets, pottery, daggers, and iron tools. The village is renowned for its medieval water supply and sewage systems.

Arrive in Gabala. Enjoy at least 3 hours using cable cars and exploring the Mountain Resort facilities.

Depart from Baku and drive towards Guba. Stop in Khizi at Candy Mountains with colorful clay formations creating surreal photogenic landscapes.

Arrive in Guba, surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills. Visit the Guba Genocide Memorial Complex and the Quba Carpet Factory. Change vehicles to 4x4 cars and depart for Khinaliq.

Explore Khinaliq, one of the highest villages in Azerbaijan, offering rugged beauty and a unique cultural experience in the Greater Caucasus Mountains.

Drive to Gobustan to visit the Petroglyphs Museum and discover ancient petroglyphs dating back to 20,000 BC. The Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Weather permitting, switch to Lada cars for an exciting trip to the mud volcanoes, as Gobustan is home to nearly half of the world's mud volcanoes.

Return to the city center for lunch. Visit Absheron Peninsula to explore Ateshgah, a historic fire temple in Surakhany village. Zoroastrians from India once traveled thousands of kilometers to worship the natural fire that emanated from the earth here.

Visit the nearby Burning Mountain (Yanardag), where natural gas seeps from the ground, causing the mountain to continuously burn.

Begin at 09:30 with a guided tour of Baku's highlights. Stroll along Martyrs' Lane (Shehidler Khiyabany) and enjoy stunning views of Baku's coastline. Continue to Icheri Sheher, the historic center, and visit notable UNESCO World Heritage landmarks including Shirvanshah Palace and Maiden Tower. Explore the bustling main market square filled with art galleries and souvenir shops.

Walk along Nizami Street and Fountain Square. Take a leisurely stroll along Baku Boulevard, a scenic promenade stretching along the Caspian Sea, offering beautiful views, gardens, and cultural spots.

Visit the renowned Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre, an architectural masterpiece designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. The building's unique and futuristic design is a must-see.
