After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Shamakha. Visit the remarkable Diri Baba Cave Mosque — a 14th-century mausoleum carved directly into a cliff face. Continue to the Shamakha Juma Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the Caucasus, and the Seven Domes Mausoleum (Yeddi Gumbez). Enjoy a traditional Shamakha lunch featuring local specialties: mutakka (local sweet), dill pilaf, Shamakha gutab, Shamakha salad, and the famous Shamakha cottage cheese (shor).

Drive to Gabala. Head to the stunning Nohurgöl Lake nestled in the mountains. Visit the Tufandağ Summer-Winter Mountain Complex — enjoy cable cars (teleferique), optional paragliding (weather permitting), ATV rides, and mountain scenery. Optionally visit Savalan Winery for an excursion and wine tasting.

Continue driving to Sheki. Check in to your hotel and overnight in Sheki.

After breakfast, begin the Sheki sightseeing tour. Visit the Summer Palace of the Sheki Khans — an 18th-century masterpiece adorned with intricate stained-glass windows (shebeke), frescoes, and ornamental paintings. Explore the Museum of Carpets featuring rooms of pottery, silk embroidery, national costumes, and jewelry. Optionally join a workshop to observe and participate in the making of legendary Sheki sweets (pakhlava and halva) at a local bakery. Taste the famous Sheki Piti (lamb and chickpea stew) and pakhlava.

Drive to Kish village to visit the ancient Albanian temple — one of the oldest Christian churches in the Caucasus. Return to Sheki and visit the Juma Mosque and pass by the historic bathhouse. Take a short hike to the ruins of the medieval Gələrsən-Görərsən (Come and See) fortress for panoramic views. Alternatively, visit Azabrau Winery. Drive to the panorama viewpoint to enjoy a sweeping view of the city.

Overnight in Sheki.

After breakfast, drive towards Gobustan. Visit the Gobustan National Park — an open-air museum of ancient petroglyphs (rock carvings) dating back 40,000 years, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Visit the famous Mud Volcanoes of Gobustan — one of the candidates for the New Seven Wonders of the World. Drive to Bibi-Heybat — the site of the first industrially drilled oil field in the world. Optionally visit the Bibi-Eibat Shrine on the way back to Baku.
